1. Remember when you created a goal section in your Rx Journal back in Session 2? Go back and review your list, and as you do, indicate what negative voices or fears creep in for each goal. Think about what you would say in response to satisfy those unfounded fears, and how you might move past them.
2. Look back over your life and notice all the times, situations or things that didn’t work out the way you would have wanted. Notice the areas in which you struggled and then associate a negative feeling to your overall experience – fear, sadness, anger, rage, frustration, hopelessness, upset, or resignation. Now, think of the times where things seemed to come easily for you- when you associated a positive feeling to your overall experience – ease, excitement, fun, joy, love, peace, or exuberance. These separate memories and experiences all demonstrate The Universal Law of Attraction. Whatever you think about- and the resulting emotions behind those thoughts – are what you find flowing into your life.
3. Notice the times from your past where the correlation between what you were thinking and feeling directly impacted what you were getting. Now, look at your life today and notice the correlation between what you are thinking and feeling, and what you are getting in life.
